Warning Description: Flood Warning

Warning Date: 10:04 am CDT on June 05, 2009

Warning Message:The Flood Warning continues for
  the Illinois River near Peoria. 
* Until late tonight...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  930 am Friday the stage was 18.2 feet. 
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet. 
* Forecast...the river will continue to fall to below flood stage by 
  this evening.
* Impact...at 18.0 feet...some flooding begins to bottomland not 
  protected by levees.
